Carpets for a Cause is an annual charity auction hosted by Oscar Isberian Rugs where a group of selected designers create one of a kind carpets to raise dollars needed for Designs for Dignity important and transformative work. Attendees enjoy cocktails, appetizers and bidding to win one of the amazing carpets designed by some of Chicago’s most talented and celebrated designers. Sarah Jacquelyn Interiors had the honor of designing a rug this year. Overall, the event was a huge success and raised over $23,000 to support our mission of empowering lives through design!

Our participation in Carpets for a Cause was more than just a charitable act; it was an opportunity to engage with our community on a deeper level. We were able to connect with like-minded individuals and businesses who share our passion for making a positive impact. The event fostered a sense of camaraderie and collective responsibility, demonstrating the power of coming together for a common cause.

Our vision

Every element of the rug was meticulously chosen to tell a story, turning it into more than just a functional piece but a work of art with a purpose. Read our vision statement below:

This floral motif is enhanced by the vibrance and saturation of the intricate yarns working together to create an eye catching focal point. Be enticed to find solace in this serenity. Each step you take will transport you to the lush plantings and gentle breezes of the island.”
